The Faculty of Social Work, University of Calgary and their partner Policywise is holding a symposium to discuss recent research and stimulate conversations designed to improve support for youth transitioning out of care. Foster parents, care providers, youth and social workers are invited to engage in dialogue, share experiences and help build pathways to success.
