March is National Social Work Month and March 6 – 12 is Social Work Week!

The Alberta Foster and Kinship Association is proud to honour Social Workers during National Social Work Month in March, and National Social Work Week (March 6-12) in all that they do to support and better our communities. In Alberta’s foster and kinship community, the work done by social workers is critical, and we acknowledge their contributions as they work to support children, youth, and families, as well as towards social justice and equality.
