Who are C.A.S.T. Reps?
C.A.S.T. Representatives are approved volunteer AFKA foster and kinship caregivers who are supported by their worker to participate in this program. C.A.S.T Reps are SELF-STARTERS, are knowledgeable with foster and kinship care policies, take pride in HELPING OTHERS and like to keep informed of changes
within the child intervention system.
